it's way beyond motivational speeches. It's more than it.
I'm the kind that listens to motivational audios, videos and read a lot of motivational books. In Fact I've got a few motivational speakers I follow on social media and on my friends list and I try as much as I can to read their posts and comment. It's actually great because with them you get to see that there's more to life than worry. You get to know you can actually get those shackles off you if you believe. And to be honest I get motivated.
But then again there's something I noticed or found out with this motivational stuff. Most times the flame in me gets ignited, then off goes the fire in me. I wondered why.You see, I found myself to be the cause. Why?

Know this, nobody can motivate you as you can motivate yourself. We're our greatest motivation. Don't get me wrong, these guys are doing a nice job, a beautiful one at that. Most times it is like magic how they help you see the light at the end of the tunnel, how they make you know you can do it. Truly it's not easy?.
Now the problem isn't seeing the light at the tunnel. But what happens after you see the light at the tunnel. Your reaction to this light. Do you walk to it?. Not just walk but keep walking till you get there. Or do you stand and stare?. Or do you walk away from it?
You need to ask yourself if you are ready. There's one thing in listening and another in acting on what you just heard. You can attend a thousand conferences in different locations with different speakers. Follow the greatest speakers alive or dead.
And you can write down key points as much as you like.
But if you don't act on those words, those conferences are as good as useless. Your life is 100% your responsibility and it's only you that can change your life.
Are you ready?
