Meditation, I did it for only 15 days at this age. This is because when my whole family took initiation from our family guru. Because our guru believes that by doing this we can get in touch with God. It is a kind of prayer. Doing this keeps the body and mind calm. So he gave some rules for this, such as sitting on an empty stomach facing east side before the sun rises in the morning, to meditate. In the morning, again before lunch and at night. And no meat can be taken for these 15 days. It didn't do it long time . As long as possible. But believe me it was a lot of trouble for me. Because then I was studying in class 8. And it was not my habit to get up in the morning. It was easy for my parents because they have a habit of getting up in the morning. But for a lazy person like me, it was very difficult. Still tried under family pressure. I don't do it now. The rest of my family doesn't do it now. Because everyone is busy. After those 15 days, meditation became a habit. But after 15 days I meditated for a maximum of 5 days. Then again in that previous state.
Since then I have tried many times again. But it is not possible. Because after various activities of the day, the body becomes very tired. After coming home, the mind just wants to sleep. And I sleep all day on holidays. I don't do any work. Basically, I'm making these lazy things my habit. That guru fixed 15 days. I meditated despite those 15 days of hardship. But after that there are no more rules and as a result there is no meditation. In fact, we like to work when we are stressed. When we were in school, college, we used to read the rules due to pressure during exams. And at that time sports are all closed. And even in the working life, if the boss gives the responsibility of any work, that work has to be done first. We have made some such rules the main rules of life. Again, when we are very depressed, we want to focus on that meditation again. We don’t actually like to work without a purpose. Due to which the mind does not sit in meditation when you sit to meditate. At that time I was thinking of something else. .
Our guru said that it is very difficult for those who live in family life to meditate in the right way at the right time. For this, he said, those who lead a family life will try to meditate at night. Before bed
This will get rid of all the bad thoughts of the day. The next morning will start very nicely.
