Storytelling is one of the great things that is linked with teaching, influencing, and inspiring.
Remember your childhood memories. From our teacher, from our grandparents, from our parents we used to listen to the stories, we used to learn, laugh and cry. And used to love them. Because they are so powerful. It makes us powerful.
Now, did you ever notice you also feel like tell your story? Maybe not in public but there something goes on your head. Maybe it's something about your own self. This is actually pretty common. And that's why I think we should start telling stories.
Let me tell you what benefits you are going to get if you start telling stories!
Storytelling is linked with our cognitive behavior. It improves the way we behave, talk and act as these are all needed to tell stories. Also, you can improve your brain health because you will access your memory more. And it surely will bring more positivity to your life.
Not everyone is a storyteller but we all have something to say, right? And not everyone wants to be vocal also. I think that's not even a barrier. Because there are so many places nowadays where you can share yourself. It can be online, offline, in a group, in your local commute, on your blog, or vlog.
Find any platform that interests you and you are comfortable with. Find something that might be interested to listen to you. Or if you are good at it, you can attract more people.
Storytelling is a great social skill too. Junk think about you can influence, give messages, inspire, and teach others through your skill. So, why not?
