Hello EcoTrain community members. I hope we all are good today? It's another moment with the QOTW and I am glad to contribute my own thought to the topic which says;
Sustainability is the idea that humans must interact with the environment in a way that ensures there will be enough resources left for future generations.

In my own knowledge, sustainability is a way of sustaining yourself and the environment by managing the resources available in a way that will be useful for future generations. Sustainability is in diverse areas and it evolves round our physical, emotional, spiritual and social aspect of life.
When the lockdown started, law was enacted for everyone to stay at home with offices locked down. At that point, no one knows when it would end and so, getting things to sustain them for a time being was put in plan in order for them to have something available for the future.
Life is all about sustaining ourselves and this can involve total planning and management to save for the future. We don't have to consume enough, wasting resources when we can find ways to reuse and save ourselves from getting ruined.
When I visited my sister, she uses prepaid and she was always managing and using her electricity wisely in order to sustain her for the next salary day.
She turns off the Air conditioner for thirty minutes and switch off the light in order to save her from consuming on time.
Sustainability is important in order to live happily and help save ourselves from regret in the future. With resources being sustained for future generations, there would be more to use than wasting at the present.
This means living a life worth it. Your lifestyle and how you manage yourself is important to live a healthy life. Holistic view of life involves healthy choices, for your body and mind and focusing more on your whole body. It's also a way of thinking positively instead of allowing yourself lost in negativity.
Eating a balanced diet will surely make you healthy. Exercising daily is a way of holistic living. Practicing mindfulness is also one of the ways of a holistic living as it helps you live in the present.
Our thought determines the result as everything in life is connected. When we give in to positive thought, our lives would radiate healthily and working on improving ourselves is sure the way for us.
Sustainability and Holistic Living are both intertwined. When you sustain yourself by cutting down on expenses, saving, managing your resources and helping your environment, you live healthily and focusing more on doing better for yourself and the environment.
