This is the most difficult task according to every human being on this planet. You can't always be happy or inspired forever.
No motivating source or event can always inspire you.
Things happen and you break down. Lose faith in life and stop relying on the essence of inspiration.
What do I do every day to motivate myself?
I have a picture of my mother smiling with my brother and pasted on the wall which I see immediately after waking up in the morning.
I open my eyes and like all of us I look at my phone. The first text I always read is my uncle's good morning message that he writes everyday especially for me. This is inspiration. We barely talk or text on a daily basis. That one message is my strength in the morning.
Today I read news about India's acceptance in the United Nations body, where we are described as a nation that respects its women. Even China was unable to secure that seat.
It was an inspiration to me that I am a proud Indian woman. I live independently and firmly in myself.
I am not inspired by any other motivational source I will not show but I love myself for what I have in this life. I cook, clean the house, talk to all my loved ones (family and friends) regularly. This is inspiration for me. I really take care of myself.
Be your own inspiration or source of inspiration. You won't believe that you know yourself better than anyone else. Learning from mistakes and moving forward on the path of success and improvement.
I agree that we fail sometimes, events happen that change our minds and make us believe that nothing lasts forever. One day you will lose faith but that is okay my friends. It's okay and accept it. Stand up again in your life.
This time you will stand with more strength and power. Next time you will act wisely and knowledge will be imparted.
Do things that make you happy and that will be your motivation. If I feel stressed or bad about something that demotivates me, I start cleaning up. Stress cleaning works for me.
A friend of mine goes to the gym for physical activities like running or jumping rope. They get back on track with these exercises.
So what I learned and experienced, I will share with you a real life example; Wouldn't ask you to follow Leonardo da Vinci, Benjamin Franklin or any other great man.
Understand yourself in simple language and be a source of inspiration yourself. Encourage yourself to strive for excellence on a daily basis.
I look in the mirror every morning and evening and tell myself this - Kritika you are beautiful. You have done enough for the day or you will do enough for the day. Thank you for doing this. Now sleep peacefully/wake up.
