Cassava. Very under appreciated and I have said it a thousand of times at home that Cassava is as valuable as gold for me. Let me explain. I am very keen sports man and competitor in the grappling art known as the Brazilian Jiujutsu. I practice the sport for +5yrs competitively and I am in always in search for good energy sources in food. Up to day, nothing beats the energy output of Cassava. I would choose to fuel up with Cassava for a whole week to store as much energy as my body can. Also, Cassava energy burns doensn't burn(used up) as quick as other energy sources. Plus it doesn't give me stomach pains and bloating. It is just perfect for me. Upvote for Cassava!
