Time for another plant update! After more than a week, here are some notable changes on some of our plants.
First will be the sunflowers. It looks like the petals will come out any time soon! I'm glad it's continuing to grow and it seems like the fungus was controlled when I no longer cover it. Covering it could've triggered the fungus infection.
The bitter gourds are continuing to grow and I've seen more growing. More bitter gourd flowers were also blooming from the plant.
One of the eight bell pepper plants is also growing fast. It's about 15 inches now.
Most of the tomato plants are now 4 inches tall. I'll probably transfer them to the new garden bed next week or when it reaches around 6 inches tall.
Speaking of new garden bed, we made a new and smaller one at the middle of our backyard, opposite to the garden bed where most of our plants are. We used eight hollow blocks and formed a circle. Lol. The hollow blocks we bought before was supposed to be used for fixing our fence but pandemic happened.
We planted lemon plants at the middle of the new garden bed and also planted new set of tomato seeds near the edges. If all these tomatoes would grow, we'll have lots of tomatoes to harvest later on. 🍅
Look at that cat marking its new property. 🤣
There are still few guava fruits we could harvest from the guava tree. Other fruits were rotten because it rained a few times and got into the fruit.
That's all for now. Our little garden is a good diversion to the worries I'm feeling due to the pandemic. I'm getting amused with our plants that I've already forgotten to begin my next Youtube video. 😅 Ah, I should set a schedule maybe but I'm terrible at following my own schedule. Haha.
