Hey Guys!
I hope everyone is well and having a nice day. Friends today I will try to tell you about a very tasty dal tree and how to cultivate this pulses. The pulses you can see is the pigeon pea pulses tree. Its scientific name is Cajanus cajan. However, in the vernacular it is called arahar dal. The characteristic of this pulses tree is that it grows only in the rainy season and gives good yield.
Because these pulses cannot grow in dry soil. And when it rains heavily in the rainy season, the trees are healthier. This tree has a lot of water absorption capacity. And during this monsoon season, pulses have been cultivated in our village houses. We are the people of an agricultural country. Most of the people depend on agriculture for their livelihood. My father used to cultivate arahar dal in our village home land to meet our food needs. In the rainy season it is a suitable pulse garden. The pulse trees are planted in rows of 4 cm.
It also leaves a gap between the two rows so that water can go down in heavy rains and the trees can absorb water. Our pulses garden looks very good in this rainy season. The trees have become very healthy. The trees also have lots of flowers. The flowers are also very beautiful to look at. The flowers will fall and the fruit will come, that is, it will catch the pulses. I love it when we come to this pulses garden. Besides, I like to take care of that garden. When these pulses trees are swaying in the wind, it is nice to enjoy these green views of nature. As a result of planting the pulse trees in the crop land, there is an opportunity to get a lot of light and air and it is growing fast and healthy.
Cropland is the best place to cultivate these pulses. We planted the garden on the crop land in front of our house. I hope all of you will like our pulses garden and give us a chance to know what you think about it.
