I believe that what we eat is what really define the way we live because when we eat something good then we live a normal healthy life.
In the past, I eat anything that can satisfy me but not thinking if such food is good for my health or not but as time goes on I begin to realized that not all food are really good to our health even though they may look yummy and attractive.
In the past, people normally eat fresh foods especially vegetables and so many other like that and that time there is low risk of diseases like cancer and so other but since civilization has taken over that we eat different kinds of food then different kinds of diseases has also spread to the world most especially cancer which the cause is from what we eat.
In my own opinion, I will recommend some this food for healthy and vibrant.
The color of food we eat is very important and we have to be careful when choosing which to eat but here are some of the color which I think is good for health.
Green foods
Green foods is one of most important food that make a great condition to our healthy and vibrant life. Green foods help in detoxifying our body, help in immune boost and also helps in restoring energy and vitality. Green foods also contains folate which is good for pregnant women.

Red foods are also good for our health as it help our body to fight against cancer and also helps to reduce the heart disease and diabetes.

One of the worst food to avoid is junk food as it caused damage to the body.
Junk food simply refers to processed food that have no or little benefits but full of calories which is dangerous to the body.
