Still recovering from yesterdays trip into nature for our full moon ceremony. We headed out to Leith Hill. Our plan was to to do some outside swimming in the ponds then head up to Leith Tower to perform a letting go, full moon ritual like the witches that we are!
We started out just exploring the forest and looking for a place to swim. Google suggested there were a few options...
We took a bit of time out to do some posing.
Ok a lot of posing! lol
We also collected some wild flowers for the altar for our ritual later.
And found some wild raspberries. I don't think I have ever seen raspberries growing this abundantly in n the wild before.
We did finally find the waterfall and the lake but both were taped off with barbed wire :( Plus it was starting to get chilly so looks like the swim might not happen. I am a bit of a cold water phobe so half relieved but the feeling afterwards is so invigorating I was willing to push through.
