After fasting all day, when the sunset comes, our hearts are filled with a different kind of peace. At that moment, we all break our fast together and thank Allah.
I would like to share some moments from today's Iftar with you.
🍉 Simple but Delicious Iftar
Today's Iftar was very simple but nutritious. On the Iftar table was—
• Crunchy samosa
• Fresh watermelon
• Lemon
• Cucumber and tomato salad
• Some fruit
• Cold sherbet
After fasting all day, even these simple foods seem much more delicious. Because then it is not only filling the stomach, but it also feels like receiving a great blessing from Allah.
🥗 Healthy Iftar is Important
Eating healthy food during Iftar is very important to stay healthy during Ramadan. Fruits, salads and water give the body quick energy.
Watermelon and salad were the most refreshing part of today's Iftar. They keep the body cool and help maintain hydration.
🤲 Gratitude in Ramadan
Ramadan is not just a month of enduring hunger and thirst.
It teaches patience, self-control and gratitude.
When we break our fast, we feel—
that many people in the world live in this hardship every day. So Ramadan teaches us to be compassionate towards the poor.
