Maybe you've already experienced it: the Christmas holidays are just around the corner, everyone just wants to get the last things done and then finally take off for a well-deserved Christmas holliday.
Then an over-motivated work colleague comes up to you and asks you if you don't want to take part in the junk santa.

No one really wants to, but suddenly you remember that you have some scrap lying around at home,
Finally, you have a 3D printer and the spits out very often superfluous stuff.

So you say yes and pack on the last days still something from your 3D printed junk collection with the afterthought that you can print again at any time.

vielleicht habt ihr es auch schon erlebt, die Weihnachtsfeiertage sind schon in greifbarer Nähe, alle wollen eigentlich nur die letzten Handgriffe erledigen und dann endlich in den wohlverdienten Weihnachtsurlaub abhauen.
Da kommt eine übermotivierte Arbeitskollegin auf euch zu und fragt euch, ob man nicht lust hat, beim Schrottwichteln mitzumachen.

So wirklich lust hat keiner darauf, aber da fällt einem plötzlich ein, dass man zu Hause ja den ein oder anderen Schrott rumliegen hat,
schließlich hat man einen 3D Drucker und der spuckt sehr oft Überflüssiges zeug aus.

Also sagt ihr zu und packt auf die letzten Tage noch etwas aus eurer 3D gedruckten Schrott Sammlung mit dem Hintergedanken ein, dass man sich ja jeder zeit noch einmal Drucken kann.

Da ich mit der Erwartung in dieses, bei uns schon Traditionelles Ritual gegangen bin, schon wieder irgend welche Topflappen zu bekommen, die ich dann heimlich in unserer Teeküche vergesse, habe ich wirklich laut "JACKPOT" gerufen, als ich diesen kleinen Freund auspacken durfte.

It was immediately clear to me, this little mushroom has earned a place of honor in my apartment and since I had just created space, my Ender 5 could also work again.
So I sat down right away and in the spirit of Shigeru Miyamoto the inventor of Super Mario, Donkey Kong and The Legend of Zelda and absolute hero of my generation, I designed, printed and painted a beautiful ?-box.

Ich meine, wer bekommt schon ein Extra Leben beim Schrottwichteln geschenkt ...

Mir war sofort klar, dieser kleine Pilz hat einen Ehrenplatz in meiner Wohnung verdient und da ich ja erst Platz geschaffen hatte, konnte mein Ender 5 auch mal wieder was arbeiten.
Also habe ich mich gleich ran gesetzt und ganz im Zeichen von Shigeru Miyamoto dem Erfinder von Super Mario, Donkey Kong und The Legend of Zelda und absoluter Held meiner Generation, mir eine schöne ?-Box designt, ausgedruckt und lackiert.

Result, I am very satisfied!
However, I would make him next time maybe a little smaller,
18cm x 18cm x18cm was then but a bit too much of a good thing.

Fazit, ich bin sehr zufrieden!
Allerdings würde ich ihn das nächste Mal vielleicht etwas kleiner machen,
18cm x 18cm x18cm war dann doch etwas zu viel des guten.
