Hello, everyone! The weather is beautiful today. It's one of those days they call summer. This also brings with it a certain intensity. That's okay. I love this kind of weather, it's like a surprise gift. Today, I will tell you about Konak Pier, where the ferries, one of the public transportation vehicles I frequently use while walking around.

Konak is the central district of Izmir. It is possible to get everywhere from here in every way. There is a tramway stop, a metro stop and a big bus stop within walking distance of Konak Pier, which I will talk about now. I usually prefer the ferry if I have time, but of course it is not possible to go everywhere by ferry. Therefore, after the ferry, I prefer the metro because it is faster and then the tramway. When I have to, I take the bus.

Konak Pier is also one of the most well-known and busy places in Izmir, near the clock tower. That's why there is a lot of traffic in this area, especially in the evenings. Although it is a central place, there is no ferry here. I think having a ferry here would relieve Izmir traffic a lot. From here, I'm calling out to the relevant people. 😂Whoever is interested in this, an urgent Ferry Pier should be built in Konak. 😂 **
There are ferries from the pier to Bostanlı and Karşıyaka. These ferries are fast. You can reach your destination in 10-15 minutes. If you try to go the same way with other public transportation or your own car, it would take at least half an hour. Therefore, you can choose this place for a fast and pleasant journey.

All these things I have mentioned were among the things that Iskele, as Iskele, should have had. In addition to this, there are things that it offers even though it is not its duty. On the upper floor of this place, there are establishments with a beautiful view to sit, eat or have a drink. Right at the entrance, there are kiosks where everything is sold. Because this place is also on the very busy Konak Coast.

Inside the pier, there are metal benches to sit on. But you can also sit outside after checking the time of your ferry. Since I smoke, I preferred to wait outside. While I was waiting here, I met a friend who loves the sun like me, black like me and hairy like me. 😂Wishing everyone happiness...

Herkese merhaba! Bugün hava çok güzel. Yazdan kalma dedikleri günlerden birisindeyiz. Bu aynı zamanda bir yoğunluk da getiriyor. Olsun varsın. Böyle güzel havaları seviyorum. Sürpriz bir hediye gibi adeta. Ben de sevinçle geziniyorum. Bugün gene gezinirken sık kullandığım toplu taşıma araçlarından vapurların olduğu, Konak İskelesini anlatacağım.

Konak, İzmir’in merkezinde kalan ilçesi. Buradan her yere, her şekilde ulaşım mümkün. Şimdi anlatacağım Konak İskelesi’ne yürüme mesafesinde, tramway durağı, metro durağı ve büyük bir otobüs durağı var. Ben genelde, vaktim varsa, vapur tercih ediyorum. Ama her yere vapurla gitmek mümkün değil tabii. Onun için vapurdan sonra daha hızlı olduğu için metro, sonra da tramway tercih ediyorum. Zorunda kaldığımda da otobüse biniyorum.

Konak İskelesi, gene İzmir’in en bilinen ve yoğun olan yerlerinden, saat kulesinin yakınında. Onun için bu bölgede, özellikle akşamları yoğunluk oluyor. İskeleden, Bostanlı ve Karşıyaka’ya vapur kalkıyor. Bu vapurlar hızlı. 10-15 dk arasında gitmek istediğiniz yere ulaşmış oluyorsunuz. Aynı yolu, diğer toplu taşıma araçlarıyla veya kendi aracınızla gitmeye kalksanız, en az yarım saat sürer. Dolayısıyla, hem hızlı hem de keyifli bir yolculuk için burayı tercih edebilirsiniz.
