Your answer to this question is important. If your answer is yes, you are happy. Is it that simple to be satisfied? Not really, but being happy is simple if you can be pleased with the little things.

I'm working at a job that's not in my plan. I started about seven months ago. I wouldn't have worked this long if I didn't love my job. I am the general coordinator at my current job. It is a pleasure to have a job where no one directs me and I plan my work myself. I worked for a year and three months at my previous job. I left here when I realized that the job was not suitable for me. I worked at my first job for about five years. I loved my old job.
Planımda olmayan bir işte çalışıyorum. Yaklaşık 7 ay önce başladım. Eğer işimi sevmeseydim bu kadar uzun süre çalışmazdım. Şu an ki iş yerimde genel koordinatörüm. Kimsenin beni yönlendirmediği ve işimi kendim planladığım bir işe sahip olmak mutluluk verici. Bundan önceki iş yerimde bir yıl üç ay çalıştım. Yaptığım işin bana uygun olmadığını anladığımda işten ayrılmıştım. İlk iş yerimde ise 5 yıla yakın çalıştım. o işimi seviyordum mesela.
The most important thing is new friends. My friends are precious to me. The taste of chatting with friends is different. I want to learn new things by speaking with friends. It is also important that my friends take good pictures. For example, my friends took some of my photos here :)
En önemlisi de iş yerinden yeni arkadaşlarımın olması. Arkadaşlarım değerlidir benim için. Hatta onlara arkadaş yerine dost olarak hitap ederim. Arkadaşlarla yapılan sohbetin tadı bambaşkadır. Arkadaşla yapılan sohbetten yeni şeyler öğrenmek isterim. Ayrıca arkadaşlarımın güzel fotoğraf çekmesi de önemli. Burada bulunan fotoğraflarımın bazılarını arkadaşlarım çekti mesela :)
I like to spend time outside with my friends after work. When we go out, we usually start the day with food. Then we finish the day with tea or coffee. We discover new places. For example, we are constantly learning new places to eat with Merve.
İş çıkışlarında arkadaşlarımla dışarda vakit geçirmeyi seviyorum. Dışarı çıktığımızda genelde yemekle güne başlarız. Daha sonra çay ya da kahveyle günü bitiririz. Yeni yerler keşfederiz. Mesela Merve ile yemek yiyebileceğimiz yeni yerler keşfediyoruz sürekli.
I like to take pictures from the elevator mirror on the way to work. I didn't have this habit before. At the time, I avoided taking pictures because I was overweight. Since I started eating healthier, I got rid of my excess weight :)
İşe giderken asansör aynasından fotoğraf çekmeyi seviyorum. Daha önceleri böyle bir alışkanlığım yoktu. Sanırım o zamanlar fazla kilolarım olduğu için fotoğraf çekmekten kaçınıyordum. Daha sağlıklı beslenmeye başladığımdan bu yana fazla kilolarımdan kurtuldum :)
If I could finish my master's thesis, I could focus more. I have to complete and defend my thesis this semester. I can't spare enough time for my thesis because my job is hectic. I use every spare time I find for my thesis. I plan to celebrate if I successfully defend my thesis next January and graduate. Maybe I can make a cake like in the last photo :)
Aslında yüksek lisans tezimi bitirebilsem işime daha fazla odaklanabilirim. Bu dönem tezimi bitirip savunmam gerekiyor. İşim çok yoğun olduğu için tezime yeterince vakit ayıramıyorum. Her bulduğum boş vakti tez için kullanıyorum. Şayet tezimi önümüzdeki Ocak ayında başarılı şekilde savunup mezun olursam bunu kutlamayı planlıyorum. Belki son fotoğraftaki gibi bir pasta yaptırabilirim :)
