Mornings don't have to be stressful. I always kick things off with a chill vibe,
Wake up a bit earlier, stretch, breathe and get morning exercise done.some times jogging or morning walked to get that blood flowing.
Grab a cup of something nice coffee, tea, or whatever floats my boat.
Get some sunlight or nature time. Fresh air does wonders.
Set intentions or goals for the day. Know what am aiming for.
Do something that sparks joy, like playing music as am taking my bath till am Welldon
The idea's to start light, positive, and intentional. When life's short, why sweat the small stuff? 🤷♀️i focus on what matters, let go of what doesn't.
instead of stressing myself over something I try to communicate clearly, and don't engage in drama. Am patient and focus on my work. Sounds like solid gold.
