Hello everyone! 🙂 I am new to this community, but extremely excited to be able to share some of my stories with you all! For now, May is officially here!~ 🌺🌻 How have you all been enjoying this month? 😊 Here in Canada, we are finally receiving some warmer weather! Sunshine has been a refreshing change from the loom and gloom of overcast and cloudy.
This week, our family decided to venture out into nature once again! Our journey originally started with a walk through a forest. However, as I laid baby down to let her stretch out her legs, I noticed that the blanket seemed to lay so lovingly on the grass bed. I turned to my boyfriend and told him to snap some pictures 😆
After that, we decided to go out to the waterfront, to give baby the chance to see a memorable Canadian icon! 😄 He is known as Theodore Tugboat ⛴️ When I was a child, it was a popular children's television show, about boats that solved conflicts with one another. It sounds very silly, but when you're a kid, if it works, it works! 😆
Further along the way was another sculpture that drew in our attention. I have now learned that this piece is known as Unleashed by Ráfaga. It is a very fitting piece, for many people partake in water activities here, such as sailing, fishing, and jet skiing.
All in all, I would have to say it was a very amazing day! I even have a five alarm sunburn to show for it! 😭 The cherry on top, however, was this hidden gem we got to see right before we decided to go home: a mother swan, sleeping in her nest..
