Creo que nuestra comunidad en verdad es un espacio donde podemos interactuar y compartir con amigas en todo el mundo y no hay limites para ello, desde mujeres muy jòvenes hasta maduras damas de la tercera edad tienen algo que aportar y mucho todavìa por recibir y todo eso puedes encontrarlo en #ladiesofhive.
I believe that our community is truly a space where we can interact and share with friends around the world and there are no limits to it, from very young women to mature elderly ladies have something to contribute and much still to receive and all that. you can find it at #ladiesofhive.

What could we do to increase your participation?
Creo que la acción debe estar enfocada en promover estos espacios como una forma de aprender y de dar, de integrarnos y apoyarnos unas a otras. Es increíble todas las cosas que he aprendido desde que comparto maravillosos contenidos que expresan lo que como mujeres y seres humanos sentimos y pensamos. Se siente como una gran familia donde la sororidad se impone, donde podemos expresarnos, donde aprendemos cosas nuevas todos los días.
Serìa interesante crear iniciativas para escribir columnas semanales de diferentes temas de acuerdo con la especialidad de la amiga invitada.
O invitar a las amigas de esta Comunidad a proponer temas de interés para ellas como hijas,madres, abuelas y profesionales que son.
Tal vez se podría dar a las ganadoras de los concursos el privilegio adicional de proponer el tema del pròximo concurso y así se sentirán más involucradas con la dinámica del mismo, o que las participantes pudieran proponer a los mejores post de la semana.
Seguro habrá muchas propuestas interesantes de todas nuestras amigas participantes de esta semana.
I believe that action should be focused on promoting these spaces as a way of learning and giving, of integrating and supporting each other. It is incredible all the things that I have learned since I share wonderful content that expresses what we as women and human beings feel and think. It feels like a big family where sisterhood is imposed, where we can express ourselves, where we learn new things every day.
It would be interesting to create initiatives to write weekly columns on different topics according to the specialty of the invited friend.
Or invite the friends of this Community to propose topics of interest to them as daughters, mothers, grandmothers and professionals that they are.
Perhaps the winners of the contests could be given the additional privilege of proposing the theme of the next contest and thus they will feel more involved with the dynamics of the contest, or that the participants could propose the best posts of the week.
Sure there will be many interesting proposals from all our participating friends this week.
