People who know me know it's not hard to make me laugh, since I usually have a smile on my face. Sometimes I'm walking down the street and strangers smile at me and even say hello. Now, many things make me laugh. I currently have a partner with whom I share many interests. We're into salsa casino, and we laugh a lot when we mess up a step, when we rehearse at home, or when he does silly things to make me laugh. It's not all sunshine and roses, but little by little, we're learning to live together.
I laugh when I'm with my fellow choir members and coworkers, I laugh when I get together with my mom and we start watching funny things. There are so many reasons to be happy and smile.
I attended a workshop where they discussed laughter therapy, which has helped many people overcome and even prevent illnesses. They told us that when uncomfortable moments arise that bother us, we should force a smile, since the brain doesn't distinguish between a fake and a real laugh. This action lowers cortisol and stress levels, allowing us to manage the discomfort.

Comparto el inicio de esta pregunta, ya que aveces desperdiciamos valioso momentos por preocuparnos demasiado, en mi caso me atormentaba el pasado, que ya había pasado, en combinación con el futuro incierto, y dejaba de disfrutar mi presente, perdí de vivir buenos momentos y se los negué a quienes estaban conmigo, hoy en día estoy aprendiendo a evitar estos episodios en mi vida, ya que la vida como dice nuestra apreciada
Estoy aprendiendo que debo valorar y disfrutar cada momento, con los días buenos y no tan buenos, aprendí a ser agradecida desde que abro mis ojos y me levanto, por cada una de las bendiciones que recibo, desde amanecer con vida, cuando hay muchos que no amanecieron, poder movilizarme por mis propios medios, cuando hay quienes no pueden hacerlo, agradezco hasta lo más sencillo como cuando lavo, agradezco por el agua, la electricidad y el sol🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 agradecer todo lo que recibo mi sueldo, mis alimentos, mi hogar, mi familia, así que empiezo agradeciendo todo, eso me ayuda a ver qué soy afortunada y que puedo empezar mi día con buena actitud.
Pongo mi día y mi vida en manos de Dios, el me dará la fortaleza y la sabiduría para tomar las mejores decisiones en en nuevo día que me regala, ya que un nuevo día, es una nueva oportunidad para hacer las cosas mejor que el anterior.

Las personas que me conocen saben que no es muy difícil hacerme reír, ya que mayormente ando con una sonrisa en mi rostro, hay veces que voy por la calle y personas que no conozco, me regalan sonrisas y hasta me saludan, creo que ven una sonrisa en mi rostro☺️ hay personas que dicen que es por el aura que yo transmito, y ser así hasta nos rejuvenece😅 soy la mayor de cinco hermanos y las personas creen que soy la menor, ya que realmente soy la risueña, mis hermanas es rara verlas sonreír, siempre anda con cara de malhumorada.
La risa es la mejor medicina, puede mejorar nuestro ánimo, cuando me deje de mi pareja

Ahora me hace reír muchas cosas, actualmente tengo una pareja con la cual compartimos muchos gusto, estamos en salsa casino y allí nos reímos bastante cuando nos equivocamos en un paso, cuando ensayamos en casa, cuando hace payasadas para hacerme reír, no todo es color de rosa, pero poco a poco estamos aprendiendo a convivir.
Rio cuando comparto con mis compañeros del Orfeon y de trabajo, rio cuando me reúno con mi mamá y empezamos a ver cosas graciosas, hay tantos motivos para ser feliz y sonreír.
Estuve en un taller y hablaron de la risoterapia, que ha ayudado a muchas personas a superar enfermedades y también a evitarla, allí nos dijeron que cuando surgieran momentos incómodos que lograrán molestarnos, que hiciéramos una sonrisa ficticia, que el cerebro no reconoce entre una risa falsa y una real, está acción logra que el cortisol y el nivel de estrés baje y podamos controlar el malestar de molestia.
