Mi pregunta es: ¿qué haces cuando te sientes agotado? ¿Cómo regulas tu estado físico, mental y emocional para volver a ser tú mismo?

Pues sí, las mujeres somos multifacéticas, ya que hemos desarrollado diferentes roles, tenemos una amplia gama de intereses, de habilidades y desde pequeñas estamos en el ojo del huracán, ya que somos las ayudantes de nuestras mamás y vamos adquiriendo experiencia desde muy temprana edad. No es para menos que al finalizar el día, estamos agobiadas del cansancio y queriendo deslastrarnos de tanta presión, yo tengo mis métodos y lo voy repartiendo poco a poco, durante el día el primero es escribir; estas publicaciones me relajan, como no tienen una idea, me tranquilizan y hago como una catarsis. También bordo, tejo, me encanta leer, y por eso me doy mi tiempo y mi espacio para hacerlo, de a poquito, pero lo hago. Además, todas las tardes, me reúno con mis amigas en la bailoterapia y allí salimos rejuvenecidas y activadas, conversamos, nos expresamos, disfrutamos el estar juntas, bailamos y eso renueva el espíritu y vuelve a comenzar. Llegó a casa en la tarde a terminar mis labores, para comenzar al día siguiente con mi caminata matutina, de una hora.
