Hello ladies of hive greetings to everyone of us it's an amazing and exciting new week for me, I'm also glad to have found this new family here on hive were I can share some of my deep thoughts, for this week's prompt, since I'm still new here would gladly recommend my onboarder 
just like his name sounds and from what I've observed about him his so passionate about the hive blockchain he talks about it everytime, I guess that's why the name hive-enthusiast, when I asked him some questions about hive and how everything works he told me that your HP that is hive power plays a crucial role in your earnings and that means the higher your give token staked the more your author rewards is.
And so when I saw this week's prompt I decided to mention my onboarder

I strongly believe if hive-enthusiast is given the chance of receiving the HP that will give him more leverage to keep engaging the hive blockchain more, I'm sure because of the things he's told me, plus he's told me about the voting stuffs that he's been voting other people too which is like a way of supporting their content , these upvote encourage them to keep engaging.
so in summary
he will be able to upvote others too, supporting them too, this I feel is how the system rotates value when I support other creators somehow others support me too
thirdly he can be able to delegate HP to others too who are struggling to stay consistent with posting ....
