Assalamu Alaikum Orahmatullah
Greetings and congratulations to all of the Ladies of Heb community.
Today I will share another new photography with everyone in this community.
How is everyone in the comments.
The taste of cooking jhow with shutki bharta is completely different, giving a kind of desi and natural feel. A unique flavor is created when the tangy flavor of shutki bharta mixes with the thin broth of the hot garam jhow.
Zhou is usually cooked with rice flour, which is quite soft and mild in taste. When shutki's jhal jhal bharta is added to it, its taste increases manifold.
Shutki Bharta's own strong aroma and taste enriches the entire dining experience. If there is a little mustard oil and green chillies, then the taste is doubled!
It is usually a rural dish, but it can also be a great dish for those in the city who love the local flavor. For those who are looking for something simple yet amazing in taste, Jhow and Shutki Bharta is a great combination!
