I really didn’t have to ponder on this one. It was just there working out, I would say weightlifting but I enjoy skipping so that would not quite cover it. I could go in to the gym in a bad mood and come out with my mood fixed literally 😅 probably the seeing stars part that makes my brain reset 😅
Another part is getting to dress like Adam Sandler on most of the gym days and not even mind because no one really cares about what you’re putting on.
Like almost 90% of gym rats I found it at my lowest and slowly realized “I lift really good weights” only on leg days. Of course I’m stuck with 5s and 10s on upper body days but yes I’ve learnt to like myself, be happy while still doing the things I love.
I think it’s scientifically proven, hopefully I’m not wrong, but post workout feelings are the best and honestly that’s what keeps drawing me in lifting huge circles and feeling relaxed after.
I do 4x a week in the gym on a good day and it makes me giddy every time I’m stepping out. I’m so happy I get to add a video to this 😁😁😁
