Hi,
I don't know what made me to wake up early. I had slept soundly at night and I have no health problem at all. But, today I got up two hours earlier. I was thinking about how to spend this time. Then I got a nice idea: Why should I not use this time for some productive work?
I spend about 30 minutes on yoga. Then made tea and had biscuits with it. Then opened my laptop and upvoted posts of my friends. I also purchased new Escalation set cards from open market. This will strengthen my team. I also played a few matches and won with the help of these new cards. I'll take bath after this before getting ready for the work. This is a fine day and start had been very nice. Though, I got up earlier but I am not feeling any problem. I had completed almost seven hours sleep. So, it's not a problem I think.
Waking up early has lots of benefits. But this comes when you also sleep early. I must change myself in order to sleep and wake up early. However, office time makes it difficult for me. Nevertheless, I have no choice but to push myself.
