It has been a busy week for me but this moment I am finally able to take a time out to reflect back on my 2025 and how I feel about the coming new year.
An unburdened me
When I started this year I had just a few but very important goals, to live, not just exist, to thrive and not just survive. To experience life and no longer be in a survival mode. To live intentionally, about what I eat, the things I let into my mind and people I give a seat at my table. And more importantly, knowing how to let God be the center of my universe.
Looking back now, I'm very impressed how far I have achieved in these regards. This year has taught me that there is more to life when we learn to live beyond our challenges, beyond just a routine but, to learn to feel deeply, to appreciate all the blessings in our lives and to experience life on a deeper level. To be present and enjoy who we truly are. To connect to people and enjoy the blessing of having them in our lives.
These are lessons and the type of mindset I want to carry on moving forward. And another thing is letting go of all the things that are not adding to me, things or people who are not aligned with who I want to be. And oh my goodness, it feels so great to be in this level of thoughts. We may not be able to always control the situations we find ourselves in but we can always choose how we want to feel about them. What deserves our energy and attention and I think this is very important for anyone to figure out if they want to live a meaningful and happy life. This is the type of mindset that made me come out strong with everything 2025 brings my way.
Channelling my focus and energy to things that matters, to areas I can effect changes and not wasting my energy on things that only drained my energy. This is a turning point for me this year, my game changer hehe. And what is going to set the tone of how I live in 2026.
On another personal level, how my 2026 will be depends largely on how the results of my major project of the year turns out. It's something I'm waiting for the results of early next year which I'm very hopeful will turn out as I have planned.
Regarding my hive goals next year, things might be a bit slow for me at the beginning of the New Year, due to family commitments and responsibilities but before the end of the first quarter I'm hoping to be back stronger and better in active mode. Or I may still be super active right from the beginning of the New Year but I can't be certain yet.
Looking at my hive recap,I'm grateful to these Hivers that were the most active in interacting and supporting me in 2025. You guys rock my hive world and I hope we can have a more beautiful time next year.
