It's another weekly prompt of the 
It's really fun to have family trips. A time set aside for family members to reunite and have great fun. It brings bonds between parents and children and between siblings.
I am still a young lady who hasn't had a family on her own but in the future I am sure I am going to suggest family vacation at least once a year during summer. It might be a somewhere else in my country or in another country.
The last time that my family and I had our family vacation was last weekend. It was one of my nephew's 1st birthdays. Our parents asked us to all come back home. My sister who is married and lives very far in Abuja had to come with my nephew. I haven't seen my nephew since he was born. I was so happy to see him.
We traveled to our other house. It was really a full house. On Saturday we went to Shoprite in Port Harcourt and bought some cake and ice cream. I didn't really take pictures because I was down in health. I just had to join them because it was family time. My other sister who stays in Port Harcourt came with her family too.
We took the children to where they could play games that really made me remember my childhood. They had fun and then went to the cinema to see a movie and took what we bought home.
In terms of traveling I am always the one in charge of getting items needed for the trip. I write them down and visit a supermarket before a day of travel that makes it easier to cut expenses when we get there and get things coordinated, especially the children's snacks, diapers ,milk and all we will be needing.
