Inicio esta carta felicitándote por lo bien que lo has estado haciendo aún con tus desaciertos y tu entorno lleno de dificultades. También te felicito por aprovechar las oportunidades que has tenido de viajar, de reír a carcajadas con tus amigos, de abrazar a todas las personas que amas, de estrechar manos en señal de reconocimiento del otro y de dirigir clases de baile grupales, valorando cada momento, cada contacto y cada sonrisa como tú sabes hacerlo… Pronto esto disminuirá de forma abrupta y los recuerdos que creaste serán un salvavidas en los días tristes.
Sé que estás ansiosa porque próximamente te graduarás y la responsabilidad que sientes por cuidar de los demás, más la sensación de que te falta tanto por aprender, pero te digo: calma, aprenderás cosas más valiosas de lo que imaginas en el año 2020. Además, habrá un brote de Coronavirus en China que creerás inicialmente que no es tan relevante y que quizá se limite al continente asiático, pero… No seas tan ingenua, cariño… Vivirás una pandemia y se paralizarán tus estudios porque la universidad donde estudias, pública, que sobrevive en socialismo, no podrá responder adecuadamente a esta situación de emergencia… Ten paciencia y reinvéntate en la incertidumbre.
Sigue fortaleciendo tus primeros auxilios psicológicos, cambiando tus creencias limitantes, mantén tu optimismo y curiosidad para que puedas ver las oportunidades que te ofrecen, mejora tu comunicación asertiva y continúa cultivando tu paz interior, desde ahí lograrás tener la suficiente fortaleza para apoyar emocionalmente a las personas que acudirán a ti necesitando apaciguar el terror generado por la enfermedad, más los numerosos duelos.
Duelos… Vivirás varios duelos, algunos ni serán propios, pero eso no los hará menos dolorosos, mantente receptiva a estas emociones y sentimientos. Vas a llorar más que en años anteriores, pero tranquila, permite desmoronarte y sentirte vulnerable, es parte del proceso para renacer aún con más fuerza, sensibilidad y amor.
Finalizo, recomendándote que te eduques de forma financiera. Te van a presentar un proyecto que amarás, llamado Hive y a mediados del 2020 iniciarás a investigar todo lo que no habías leído antes acerca de criptomonedas. ¡Es un mundo!
