With the way it is going for me, I think I would be active at work during this festive period. I know people would say that the Christmas period is one that should allow workers to be free and celebrate with family but the nature of my job is one that allows you to be on duty and this can be very hectic .
Working on holidays can filter off because you get to see families and friends celebrating the festive period Together but somehow you are isolated and missing out on family time. While this is hard, it taught me that we should learn to appreciate the time we get to spend with our family is and not misuse it. By days I mean there are people who whenever they get to be with their family or they are close friends they miss you the opportunity by dealing in unimportant things like fighting ,Malice and so on.
In everything, not being able to enjoy and experience the beauty of Christmas is a definite reminder that there are times when others will be working while some would be living their best life and vice versa. In all, it is okay to live the entire part of our life in gratitude and appreciation for those who do well.
There was one time I had a friend who was working during the festive period, I was so concerned about this that I had to pack up some stuffs for her and took it to the office, we had a great time that day. Also, appreciate the people that get things done on festive period because if the world or people stops their services to mankind, there would be chaos.
