Beautiful life, Hivers! Glorious day (night) is it?
Friday morning, I went for a walk and was glad when my eyes caught something new that day. I haven't been to that route for quite sometime so I was ecstatic to find these beauties waiting to cheer me up that early.
Let me just call them Wild Yellows, ain't they beautiful? I stretched my legs and assumed a tip-toe position like I was going for a ballet move just to take their photos. They were high up there in the walls, growing amongst grass and stuff.
It didn't rain the night before, but as usual when the temperature drops, everything exposed to the air are bathed in the morning dew, making them sparkle like they've just taken a shower.
The wild berries are now flowering and perhaps a month from now, or probably more, we would be seeing their green/orange-colored fruits.
Staghorn Clubmoss or "Rat's Foot" per Wiki. I remember creating some wreaths out of their kind back when we were young and used to decorate grandpa's tomb.
And nature's 'magical waters' are found inside these Pitcher Plants. They are safe to drink according to my late granny, that is, if their top covers haven't opened up yet. How some water ended up inside them, I have not the faintest idea, hence I call it "magical." I was stoked when I saw these being sold in the flower market overseas some years back.

After spending some time with the above wonders, I headed towards the dirt road where I encountered these not-so-free but very friendly duo - Leila and Scot. Yeah, I just gave them names, lol!
"Hello," Leila said as I approached closer with my phone ready to take their photos. And her hubby, Scott smiled! And C-L-I-C-K! Perfect timing! I told you they were friendly (LOL!)
And just like that, my walk was done in so short a time because we have to leave for the pools.
This by the way was the foot path I've taken. It was along a little farm with potatoes that are so ready to be harvested. I wonder when they're going to dig them up so I could ask for a kilo, haha!
Many thanks and have a wonderful day!
