Decidí responder solo esta pregunta porque la otra plantaba el imaginario de viajar a Marte en la primera misión espacial tripulada con ese destino, yo sé que para esa misión seguramente habrá como postulante alguna mujer astronauta sumamente preparada y yo ni imaginando estaría dispuesta a quitarle ese logro a una mujer así, además creo que de nada sirve para mi imaginar viajar a otro planeta cuando me duelen tanto los problemas que aun enfrentan las mujeres en la tierra, por eso creo que antes de comenzar debo decirle a

Para algunas mujeres esta información es desconocida, pero para otras es algo cotidiano que están sufriendo en carne propia y en silencio, hablo de que existen países en que no se considera ilegal la violación sexual cuando el perpetrador es el esposo de la víctima, esta es llamada Violación conyugal, parece que es mentira que en pleno siglo XXI esto siga siendo tabú, poco se habla y en algunas partes donde es ilegal de todas maneras es tolerado y ningún esposo paga cárcel por violar a su esposa, duele en el alma saber que hay mujeres guardando silencio y que las que atreven a hablar no tienen apoyo legal, hasta donde pude investigar hasta 2015 aun existirán 7 países de la Unión Europea en donde no se consideraba delito la violación conyugal , no se si actualmente ya haya cambiado la ley en esos países, pero pongo este ejemplo porque muchas personas en Latinoamérica que consideran que la mayoría de países del llamado primer mundo son más justos con sus leyes, entonces si esas cosas existen allá imaginen el drama que existe que existe países africanos, asiáticos y latinoamericanos, lo peor del caso es que como la mayoría de estas violaciones se dan sin ejercer mayor violencia física, pasan a ser normalizadas e incluso algunas mujeres están tan maltratadas psicológicamente que creen que es su deber como esposa cumplir sexualmente a sus maridos aún cuando ellas no lo desean. Aún falta mucho que alcanzar en materia de derechos para las mujeres en estos casos, considero que no solo debe estar escrito en la ley en todos los países del mundo sino que debe existir todo un sistema de apoyo a las víctimas y castigos reales para estos violadores. Hace un tiempo se supo en mi país que una mujer había estado secuestrada por su esposo en una casa por años, nunca salió de allí y los vecinos pensaban que estaba bien porque estaba con “su esposo”.

Lamentablemente en el mundo aun existen países donde existe el matrimonio infantil, esto tiene motivos culturales pero cuando este sea el caso no quita el hecho de que debe ser considerado delito, por ejemplo cuando la mutilación genital femenina en África salió a la luz pública las organizaciones humanitarias hicieron todo lo posible para que esto fuera considerado ilegal, aún cuando es una costumbre de esa cultura no deja de ser algo inhumano y por lo tanto paso a ser delito, entonces no se puede seguir volteando la mirada en el matrimonio infantil, también me parece una locura que la edad legal para contraer matrimonio con “permiso” de los padres sea tan baja, es decir, aquí no se trata de que si una adolescente de 14, 15 o 16 años tenga la capacidad de sentir enamoramiento , esto es parte del desarrollo físico y mental normal, la cosa es que en ninguna parte debería ser legal que una chica de esa edad los padres la casen con un sujeto mayor o que en el peor de los años este sujeto mayor diga estar enamorado de la joven y se la lleve a vivir con el sin que los padres puedan hacer nada porque la edad de consentimiento sexual en ese país es muy baja, para mi eso es algo que siempre termina un desastre, porque en ese caso el padre aún tiene la responsabilidad legal sobre la menor de edad , si algo le pasa a esa chica es responsabilidad de los padres, entonces por que la ley no ampara a los padres cuando éstos tratan de quitarle su hija de las manos de un “pedófilo” porque no tienen otra palabra que los describa. Considerado que el matrimonio infantil debe ser penado y que la edad de consentimiento sexual en algunos países debe ser más alta, solo por mencionar un ejemplo , a una familiar lejana de mi mamá en el campo (ahora es una señora mayor) la casaron cuando ni siquiera había tenido su primera menstruación 😡

En los años 2016 y 2017 sobre todo en mi país era casi imposible conseguir pastillas anticonceptivas, los casos de embarazo adolescentes no eran tan alarmantes como los casos de mujeres de las de 40 embarazadas, esta costumbre de dejar como responsable del control natal solo a la mujer y que de paso se le imponga cumplir sexualmente con el marido está mal , esto hizo que mujeres de más de 40 quedarán embarazadas cuando los procesos hormonales estaban desequilibrados debido a premenopausias, así vi como familias que ya estaban “completas” de pronto tenían un nuevo miembro en medio de una gran crisis económica, no sólo se ponía en riesgo a la madre sino también al bebé, casos de niños nacidos con problemas de salud en esos casos es inevitable, en países donde el aborto es legal hace años no pasan esas cosas, las madres que deciden continuar su embarazo lo hacen y la otras pueden elegir no hacerlo y tienen un respaldo legal y médico, imaginen casos en los que el anticonceptivo o la T de cobre falla, ahora los casos extremos de violación y embarazo adolescente, lo que hay que asumir también es que los abortos clandestinos seguirán existiendo y que las mujeres continuarán muriendo en gran porcentaje en estos lugares si no se hace legal, debe existir un marco legal, no se trata de una guerra moral donde se acuse a las mujeres por ser libertinas, se trata de salvar vidas y hacer que los niños que nazcan tengan las mejor condiciones, con un lugar lleno de amor .

En mi país hace poco se conoció el caso de una joven con retraso metal severo que fue violada y quedó embarazada, el embarazo llegó a término y el niño nació sano afortunadamente, la familia dice que se enteraron del embarazo cuando ya era muy tarde, para mi es casi imposible que una mujer que esta en silla de ruedas, que no habla, que usa pañales y que necesita asistencia las 24 horas, sea violada y embarazada sin que se den cuenta sus familiares, estos decidieron tener a ese bebé en una situación vulnerable, la mujer quedó embarazada porque tenía su menstruación, eso hace imposible que no se dieran cuenta o al menos que sea una caso de esos excepcionales donde no se presenta ningún síntoma, pero en todo caso para mi el gobierno hizo de la vista gorda y la gente por ser creyente también, los derechos de esa mujer en silla de ruedas parecían no importar mientras el violador sigue impune. Para mí como dije el derecho al aborto y la educación sexual es un asunto de salud y de derecho de la mujer y protección de estas.
