Greetings to all the ladies of this #ladiesofhive community, once again I warmly welcome you to my blog to share a little with you, this time to talk about Christmas.
No se puede hablar de la Navidad sin considerar las fiestas, los regalos o la decoración navideña. A pesar de las situaciones conflictivas y de extrema pobreza que se extienden a lo largo y ancho del mundo, cuando llega la Navidad el optimismo y la esperanza, y valores como la generosidad y la paz, se apoderan de todos nosotros, incluidos todos los niños.
El espíritu navideño nos hace sentirnos más cercanos a los demás y recuperar ese sentido infantil que dejamos a un lado el resto del año. Y qué mejor forma de hacerlo que reunir a toda la familia para celebrar el nacimiento del niño Jesús, la llegada de Papá Noel o el Día de Reyes.
La Navidad, aparte de todas las luces, de los regalos y de las comidas, es el momento del año que nos invita a renovar nuestros sentimientos y nuestras emociones. Pero, además, hace renacer en el seno familiar y entre los amigos la unión, con actitudes de generosidad, de amor, y de paz. Vivir la Navidad es hacer una reflexión sobre en qué podemos mejorar como personas, como padres e hijos.
La palabra Navidad procede del latín 'nativita', que significa nacimiento. La razón de esta fiesta se centra en el nacimiento del Niño Jesús, hijo de la Virgen María y San José; por este motivo abarca un mensaje de esperanza, unión, paz y amor.
Los historiadores creen que la fecha real en la que nació el Niño Jesús fue en abril o mayo, sin embargo, tradicionalmente la Iglesia Católica lo celebra el 25 de diciembre y las ortodoxas el 7 de enero. Durante el tiempo de Adviento, que son los días previos al 25 de diciembre, los cristianos se preparan para ese momento renovando sus creencias y compromisos.
En estos días de fiesta, las casas, edificios, calles y plazas se visten con figuras navideñas brillantes y coloridas que hacen que muchos corazones se llenen de nuevas y renovadas ilusiones y esperanzas y para los niños, estas fiestas navideñas suponen muchos momentos de magia y fantasía.
Es una tradición reunir a toda la familia para cenar en Nochebuena, Nochevieja o el Día de Navidad o de Reyes; enviar y recibir tarjetas navideñas a nuestros conocidos para felicitarles las Pascuas; esperar con gran expectación la llegada de Papá Noel y los Reyes Magos; montar el Belén y el árbol de Navidad; decorar ventanas, puertas y paredes con campanas, velas, ángeles o cualquier figura navideña.
You cannot talk about Christmas without considering the holidays, gifts or Christmas decorations. Despite the conflictive situations and extreme poverty that spread throughout the world, when Christmas arrives, optimism and hope, and values such as generosity and peace, take over all of us, including all children.
The Christmas spirit makes us feel closer to others and recover that childlike sense that we put aside the rest of the year. And what better way to do it than to bring the whole family together to celebrate the birth of the baby Jesus, the arrival of Santa Claus or the Three Kings Day.
Christmas, apart from all the lights, gifts and meals, is the time of year that invites us to renew our feelings and our emotions. But, in addition, it makes union reborn within the family and among friends, with attitudes of generosity, love, and peace. Living Christmas is reflecting on how we can improve as people, as parents and children.
The word Christmas comes from the Latin 'nativita', which means birth. The reason for this festival centers on the birth of the Child Jesus, son of the Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph; for this reason it embraces a message of hope, union, peace and love.

On these holidays, houses, buildings, streets and squares are dressed with bright and colorful Christmas figures that make many hearts fill with new and renewed hopes and illusions and for children, these Christmas parties represent many moments of magic and fantasy.
It is a tradition to gather the whole family for dinner on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve or Christmas or Three Kings Day; send and receive Christmas cards to our acquaintances to congratulate them on Easter; await with great expectation the arrival of Santa Claus and the Three Wise Men; set up the Nativity Scene and the Christmas tree; decorate windows, doors and walls with bells, candles, angels or any Christmas figure.
