Few days ago, I stumbled upon my old photos from November 2019 when I was pregnant. I realized I had this creative project I've never done. That is to enhance my underwater pregnancy photo shoot.
I got this idea to create a cover photo on Facebook, a photo collage of 5 images, when I went swimming with my pregnancy tummy.
The Final Output
I opened Adobe Photoshop and asked myself how I do magic with these 5 images.
As you can see in this final output, the corals appeared connected thanks to the clone in Photoshop.
I used Auto Tone for the color.
I love the flow being captured in 5 images.
Thanks to my friend in Cebu, who is a freediver and scuba diver.
The Process
There are 6 layers including the transparent background.
It is important to layout the image in different layers.
I remove some parts of the photos especially in the corals to play around with it like it's connected and continuous original look of the corals.
I removed the overlap part of the image that is not needed.
I used Auto Tone.
I used the Clone tool.
I used the Patch tool.

Throwback in November 2019
Freediving pregnant at 26 weeks...
Me was like: Who's in my big tummy?
Alexandre: ME!
Elise: When will I be in your tummy?
Elise got jealous. She wants a video of me where she was also inside my pregnancy doing the freediving. Huhuhu! So cute!
It's really good to look back at these photos telling myself that my body was amazing. All women's bodies are amazing for bringing that child into the world.
Yeah, I was really proud of these photos because it was the first and once in a lifetime to do it. When I was pregnant with the second child, I would have done the same thing to do another underwater photoshoot only if I were in the Philippines.
I am thinking to find a perfect frame for this.
What's your pregnancy photographic memory you love to cherish?
