Sometimes, when I look at my birth certificate and then look at myself in the mirror, I see two different people. Feeling older or younger doesn’t always come from the number attached to your age — it often depends on your lifestyle, your mindset, and the life you’ve lived.
For me, I try not to choose a lifestyle that makes me look older than my age. Instead, I prefer to stay youthful, lively, and fresh. 😅 But the truth is, stress, hardship, and even health challenges can make anyone look older than they are. I’ve been there before. There was a period in my life when hardship and stress changed my appearance and drained my energy.
But things are different now. I look younger than my age — and it’s not magic. My eating habits have changed, I’m more playful than before, and most importantly, I am happier. Happiness reflects on the face more than any cream can.
So you see, friends, age is truly just a number. Your lifestyle plays a big role in how old or young you look and feel. Engage in exercise, eat healthy foods, protect your mind, and stay away from things that harm your body. When you care for yourself, youth will naturally show.
