I think that for young people, and all human beings, ignorance through ignorance creates myths and the credulity of any belief, creates quotes, experiences, legends, some mistakenly call this history.

Historiography, history written by historians, is always contaminated with inevitable subjectivity and the epoch of circumstances and interests, which accompany the historian... And who is the historian? Well, each one of us who came with the skills to this world!

In this technocratic era to forge and prepare ourselves to all terrain! Value, have perseverance, knowledge of good and evil and their consequences! Resilience! Faith! Compassion! ... They make up our memory the same one that resists between lights and shadows to understand another era and other cultures, it is not an easy thing, it is already a lot, to know the appropriate and real information a connected and globalized world.

About human nature, everything is said, but we forget it and we repeat our mistakes... Perhaps, exhaustion does not come from doing little. A lot of times it comes from trying to do it all at the same time.

We want to grow, take care, work, heal, respond to messages, be present, rest, learn something new and also do it “well”.* But the mind also needs pauses, focus and priorities*.

Not everything has to be solved today, and not everything deserves the same energy. In the same way, choosing what to focus on first, does not mean giving up on the rest.After the age of 60, I'm still trying.
