Como ya sabrán, soy ingeniera y mi trabajo implica estar fuera de casa mucho tiempo, eso hace que no pueda compartir con mi familia perdiéndome momentos especiales, el crecimiento y evolución de las personalidades de cada uno de mis hijos.
As you know, I am an engineer and my job involves being away from home for a long time, that means that I cannot share with my family, missing special moments, the growth and evolution of the personalities of each of my children.
Por desgracia en su momento, me impusieron el cambio de cargo por causa de cambios estratégicos y políticas en la empresa donde laboro y me cambiaron de lugar de trabajo o localidad, trasladándome a Carúpano, ciudad muy cercana a donde vive mi familia. Entonces esto empezó mal porque fue un cambio impuesto y una evidente desmejora laboral (carga de trabajo, personal a cargo, salario,…), no me consultaron sino que tomaron la decisión por mí y eso me enojó muchísimo en ese momento.
Unfortunately, I was forced to change my position due to strategic and political changes in the company where I work and they changed my workplace or location, moving to Carúpano, a city very close to where my family lives. So this started badly because it was an imposed change and an obvious job decline (workload, salary, ...), they did not consult me but made the decision for me and that made me very angry at that time.
Sin embargo, y aún cuando me sentía decepcionada, tuve que aceptar lo impuesto y tratar de adaptarme al nuevo cambio en mi vida profesional, todo ello fu mejorando al tener o pasar más tiempo con mi familia y poder tener el placer de compartir con ellos más tiempo.
However, and even when I felt disappointed, I had to accept what was imposed and try to adapt to the new change in my professional life, all of which was improved by having or spending more time with my family and being able to have the pleasure of sharing more with them. weather.
Con ese cambio mi familia y yo nos conocimos mejor, nos entendimos más y mi vida personal mejoró aun cuando seguían las incomodidades a nivel laboral, eso me dejó de incomodar pasando a segundo plano en mi vida porque mi prioridad es mi familia.
With this change, my family and I got to know each other better, we understood each other more and my personal life improved even when the discomfort at work level continued, that stopped bothering me, taking a back seat in my life because my priority is my family.
Entendí que con ese duro cambió laboral mi vida personal cambió para mejor y se volvió genial porque al final de cuentas lo más importante en la vida es la familia y el amor.
I understood that with that hard work change my personal life changed for the better and it became great because at the end of the day the most important thing in life is family and love.
