The 126th edition of the Ladies of Hive CONTEST has come to a close and a winner has been selected! It was difficult as all the entries were wonderful! We would like to thank everyone who participated and are glad that the invitations brought more women into our community!
This week, we had 62 entries that were counted, and one entry that was submitted too late to count, sadly. I really wanted to pick five First-Place Winners, as well as five Second-Place Winners, and five Third-Place Winners! But, we can't afford to do that. π Excellent job on the writing, ladies!
PLEASE REMEMBER to place the contest number #126 (or whatever it is for the week) somewhere in your title and drop a link to your entry in a comment on the official Contest Post. Some of you are not doing this, and it makes it very difficult for the judges to find your entries. In fact, I read a couple posts that I am not sure if they were intended to be contest entries or not, so they were not counted. At the discretion of the judge, your entries might be disqualified for not following the rules. The judging each week is a very hard job (although we do it out of love), and anything to make it easier is appreciated! π
