Hay aspectos de la experiencia femenina que sólo nosotras podemos vivir por ley natural, y son esos momentos los que más he disfrutado en mi vida. Llevar un niño en nuestro vientre, sentir cómo esa criatura crece y se forma dentro de nosotras, y luego amamantarlo es una experiencia sublime. About outdoor activities I can say that I enjoy them very much, since I love to be in contact with nature and take advantage of everything it has to offer. One of my favorite activities is swimming, either in rivers or beaches. Immersing myself in the water and feeling its freshness gives me a sense of freedom and connection with the natural environment.
Another activity I love is hiking. Although I haven't been hiking for a few months due to lack of time, I know that at some point I will be able to organize my schedule and resume it. Walking outdoors, breathing fresh air and enjoying the sun are essential elements to keep my physical and mental health in balance.
Sobre las actividades al aire libre puedo decir que me gustan mucho, ya que me encanta estar en contacto con la naturaleza y aprovechar todo lo que me ofrece. Una de mis actividades favoritas es nadar, ya sea en ríos o playas. Sumergirme en el agua y sentir su frescura me da una sensación de libertad y conexión con el entorno natural.
Otra actividad que me encanta es el senderismo. Aunque llevo unos meses sin hacer senderismo por falta de tiempo, sé que en algún momento podré organizar mi agenda y retomarlo. Caminar al aire libre, respirar aire fresco y disfrutar del sol son elementos esenciales para mantener en equilibrio mi salud física y mental.

These small details remind me of the importance of connecting with nature and finding peace amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, I know that soon I will be able to rearrange my priorities and get back to fully enjoying these activities that I love so much.
Cuando estoy al aire libre, puedo apreciar la belleza del paisaje, oír el canto de los pájaros y sentir la brisa acariciándome la cara.
