Hi all 👋🏻
I want to share today with you, one of the murals I #painted on the walls of a villa in Salobreña, Granada Province ~ Spain 🇪🇸 😊 this time it’s Rapunzel… but slightly different 😉 if you notice it. It was painted in a round tower 🏰 and the building looked like a castle from afar.
Today’s selection will be of 12 photographs that are taken with my old iPhone and #Canon. 😎
I started this mural in January 2016, sadly… I only have a few photos from it. One with me painting 😎🎨 just before a change and some of the end result.
No steps of the painting progress 🎨 this time I’m afraid.
But do enjoy the extra photographs of the #surroundings where this building is located in, and where I stayed while painting the murals… one of the perks that comes with the job 🤩😎

The FAIRYTALE:
The Princess that is locked in a tower and hangs her hair out of the window for the prince to climb up… in short hehehe 🤭
I painted this for a client/ friend who wanted a Rapunzel in the tower room… with some modifications of course.
I painted more murals in the few weeks there and had these views:
View from the terrace towards the left side of the coast. 🥰
One of the days, I captured these sun beams ☀️😎
Have a look at how magical they were.
You see also some fish breeding grounds in the water. The rings you see… 🐟🐟🐟
The sky was so amazing that moment.
But let’s not divert to much and show you more from the mural/ painting I painted 🎨

Here the hair was straight and I was almost finished.
But the client had to think about it. He decided to go with curly more wavey hairs…
So I changed the hairs of Rapunzel slightly.
This is the end result. 😎🎨🎨🎨
( if you look closely, the client still needed to paint the rest of the walls a new colour)
The candle on the wall and the holder are painted too if you didn’t see that. 🤩
I wanted to add the feel of a castle tower… but very subtle.

Don’t have better photographs I’m afraid, but I think you can see enough structures.
