It's the festive season and we all want to celebrate. Share with us what your Christmas plans are for this year.
As the years go by, Christmas plans change, this year, everything has become simpler and calmer, Christmas at home begins, when we decorate the Christmas tree, my little Micaela dreams of this moment, so, I try to do it the first days of December.
Then come the hallacas, we know that Christmas has arrived, because of the tree but the hallacas cannot be missing haha, a few years ago making hallacas was a party, everyone gathered at grandma's house, we made almost 70 hallacas, you can imagine that we ate up to next year hallacas haha, this year everything is calmer, I accompanied my mother and my sister to make the hallacas, so that the tradition is not lost.
Then come the holidays at school for Micaela, like the parrandón, and the end of year party, normally they are the second week of December, this year the parrandón was on 12/13, and it was great.
The following days of Christmas are quite busy, many celebrations, December 21st is my brother-in-law's birthday, who every year likes to celebrate in a big way, we also celebrate that day, the spirit of Christmas, something very simple, but kids love it.
My beautiful princess Micaela has her birthday on December 22, this year it will be 6 years old with God's blessing, and we look forward to her day, to celebrate and thank her for her life.
On 12/24, we used to have our Christmas dinner, my mother, husband and my little Mica, before there were many of us at the table, my nephews, cousins, sisters, aunts, but as I mentioned at the beginning now there are only a few of us left at home, so Likewise, we celebrate this day, we pray, we ask God for our family who is far away.
On 12/25 we usually go to the beach, a beach swim before the end of the year, it always goes wonderfully haha, I hope we can go this year.
On 12/27 my maternal aunt's birthday, a woman that I love with my soul, is currently in Ecuador, but we still make a video call, and we send her all the blessings, and hugs, and we let her know how much we love her, a few years ago , I made her cake and we went to her house to celebrate with her.
The next few days are usually quiet, this year I have to work, so I can't invent much, maybe a good meal in a restaurant, it's always good to treat yourself haha, and we look forward to 12/31, it's my birthday beloved mother, that day I try to make her not do anything at home, although it is impossible haha, he took her to buy her gift, whatever she wants, and then comes the celebration, a delicious cake and a toast to the life of this great woman, who is my mother, for the end of one year and the beginning of another.
Despite the nostalgia, which is very difficult to hide during these holidays, there are many memories that invade us these days, and many tears that we shed for loved ones who are no longer around, despite everything, we continue believing in this life, celebrating and being grateful for each day, which with its ups and downs, is full of surprises and also blessings, God's timing is perfect, and at some point we will meet again.

Saludos mis queridas damas de #Hive, espero que estén muy bien y puedan pasar una navidades hermosas junto a su familias, hoy me uno al concurso semanal, para esta semana la amiga
Es época festiva y todos queremos celebrar. Comparte con nosotros cuáles son tus planes navideños para este año.
Al pasar de los años, los planes navideños van cambiando, este año, todo se ha vuelto más sencillo y tranquilo, la Navidad en casa comienza, cuando adornamos el árbol de navidad, mi pequeña Micaela sueña con este momento, así que, trato de hacerlo los primeros días de Diciembre.
Luego vienen las hallacas, sabemos que ha llegado la navidad, por el árbol pero no pueden faltar las hallacas jaja, hace algunos años hacer hallacas era una fiesta, todos reunidos en casa de la abuela, haciamos casi 70 hallacas , podran imaginar que comíamos hasta el siguiente año hallacas jaja, este año todo esta más tranquilo, acompañe a mi mamá junto a ami hermana a hacer las hallacas, para que no se pierda la tradición.
Luego vienen los días de fiesta en el colegio para Micaela, como el parrandón, y la fiesta de fin de año, normalmente son las segunda semana de Diciembre, este año el parrandón fue el 13 /12, y estuvo genial.
los siguientes días de Navidad, son bastante movidos, muchas celebraciones, el 21 de diciembre cumple años mi cuñado, quien todos los años le gusta celebrar a lo grande, también celebramos ese día, el espíritu d la navidad, algo muy sencillo, pero a los niños les encanta.
El 22 de Diciembre cumple años mi hermosa princesa Micaela, este año serán 6 añitos con la bendición de Dios, y esperamos su día con ansias, para celebrar y agradecer por su vida.
El 24/12, acostumbramos a hacer nuestra cena navideña, mi madre, esposo y mi pequeña Mica, antes éramos muchos en la mesa, mis sobrinos, primos, hermanas, tías, pero como mencione al principio ahora solo quedamos pocos en casa, de igual manera, celebramos este día, oramos, pedimos a Dios por nuestra familia que está lejos.
El 25/12 acostumbramos ir a la playa, un baño de playa antes de que termine el año, siempre cae de maravilla jaja, espero que este año podamos ir.
El 27/12 cumple años mi tía materna, una mujer que amo con mi alma, actualmente está en Ecuador, pero igual hacemos vídeo llamada, y le mandamos todas las bendiciones, y abrazos, y le hacemos saber cuánto la amamos, hace algunos años, le hacía su torta y nos íbamos a su casa a celebrar con ella.
Los siguientes días suelen ser tranquilos, este año me toca trabajar, así que, no puedo inventar mucho, quizás una buena comida en algún restaurante, siempre es bueno darse un gusto jaja, y esperamos con ansias el 31/12 es el cumpelñaos de mi amada madre, ese día trato de que ella no haga nada en casa, aunque es imposible jaja, la llevó a comprar su regalo, el que ella quiera, y luego viene la celebración, una rica torta y un brindis por la vida de esta gran mujer, que es mi mamá, por el fin de un año y el comienzo de otro.
A pesar de la nostalgia, que es muy difícil de ocultar en estos días festivos, son muchos los recuerdo que nos invaden en estos días, y muchas lágrimas que derramamos por los seres queridos que ahora no están cerca, a pesar de todo, seguimos creyendo en esta vida, celebrando y agradeciendo cada día, que con sus altos y bajos, está llena de sorpresas y también de bendiciones, el tiempo de Dios es perfecto, y en algún momento nos volveremos a encontrar.
