I really like this game but at the same time, I'd say I hate it. I'm the type of player who sticks to one strategy until it doesn't work anymore.
When I played Final Fantasy Tactics before, the best strategy I found is using a bunch of Samurai class with Two-swords from the Ninja class which allows them to use two katana and perform two attacks. I use subclass like one has White magic for heals or one has Summon ability.
In Splinterlands, while it's far from Final Fantasy Tactics, I can't get one perfect strategy and this is annoying for me. I got to Diamond 1 recently by using dragons with Agor Longtail and a bunch of resurrect and repair units as backup. This worked really well until my enemies suddenly start using Venka the Vile.
Just look at this game...

One attack for 14 damage? Really? I want to scream on top of my lungs. I hate this game because it makes me want to rage but at the same time, this means that the game is somewhat balanced because I cannot find an optimal strategy to use and would win each time.
I hope I regain and get past to Diamond so I can finally reach Champion League.
