Greetings 👋
Mornings are said to be a very important part of the day. In my culture, it is believed that the actions or activities that take place in the morning can greatly determine how the day would go. For instance,if you were to start up your morning with conflict,it is believed that throughout the whole day there would be conflicts here and there.
Well, I'm not a believer in such fables. I believe that the day becomes only how you program it to be.
I have a flexible morning routine. This wasn't always the case but a change came about as I sought to enjoy my life's journey, hence this shift. Now, I'm greatly enjoying my morning routines without feeling like I'm just carrying out a ritual of some sort.
I wake up as early as 5am daily,(except when I'm on vacation) and this is for me to have enough time for prayer and family devotion. After that, I go for a little jog around my compound. It's nothing fancy but it helps me keep fit. Sometimes I skip ropes when I don't feel like jogging.

Afterwards, I start making breakfast for myself. Breakfast is usually quite simple, a cup of chocolate tea, some sliced bread with fried eggs or some pancakes with custard or easier still noodles and ceareals. I could also choose to skip it and read a book instead. Other times, I indulge my lazy self by watching a movie. It all depends on what I choose to spice up my day. As a small business entrepreneur, I have the liberty of controlling my time. There's no boss to tell me ”, You're late”.
This means that I'm in charge but it also doesn't mean that I don't open my business promptly or that I'm tardy. I've learnt a great deal on how to balance “me time and work time”. My morning routines ain't fancy but it suits me.

Laughter is a very good body tonic that leads to better health and state of mind. I laugh a lot as it helps me release any pent up stress trying to gnaw my mind. Laughter has also been linked to looking youthful and refreshing. I can testify to these claims.
I have a lot of things that make me laugh. I hope you'll also laugh with me as I share them below……
#. Watching animals like chickens or goats fight.
#. Being tickled.

#. Watching comedy movies like Mr Bean or stand up comedy shows by Kevin Hart.
#. Watching Indian movies with lots of dance scenes.
#. Watching birds trying to get a mate.
#. Listening to babies laugh or make their baby sounds or try to talk when spoken to.

#. Watching toddlers play together.
#. Watching romance comedy movies or shows.
The above mentioned are major triggers to making me laugh and I do well to enjoy them and laugh my head off.
What do you guys think? Does anyone resonate with you? Please share in the comments.
