Last Saturday I was in the coastal reef for Gleaning Fisher as my enjoyment. For me, it is exciting that I found the sea urchins and other organism.
THE SEA URCHINS
This type of sea urchin is one of my favorite food it is very delicious and nutritious. It has a long spine and is sharper which can hurt. It pokes your skin you must be careful or when you go to the sea better wear shoes for the safety of your foot.
HOW TO EAT THE SEA URCHINS?
Sea urchin is usually a delicacy in many parts of the world. It's known for its creamy flesh. Usually eaten right out of the shell. If you'd like to taste sea urchin for yourself. Then, get a fresh one from the sea or the fish market and give it a try it is delicious.
