Sunday, today I changed my routine, since on Sundays I go very early to mass, but the runners do the long route on Sundays, so today I got up early with my husband to go do the 18K route with the team of runners those we train with.

We went out very active to do the 18K route, I entrusted myself to God and I was determined that if I was going to achieve it, I started at a gentle pace of 7:30 minutes x kilometers, and as I added K, and the body was more hot, I lowered the speed, which I maintained for almost the entire route, approximately 6:30 minutes x kilometers. I tell you, it wasn't easy, when I surpassed my highest mark of 12K, the mental work began, more than the physical work that if I was going to achieve it, I encouraged myself, that if I could, I carried my bottle of water and had a drink afterwards. of each kilometer marked after reaching 12K, in this way I felt extra energy to endure the remaining kilometers.
When I heard 17 k on the app, I told myself what's left is nothing, so I enjoyed my last kilometer in a very special way, congratulating myself, I told myself, see, you did it, you didn't give up when my mind started to challenge me, and when I heard the 18K I closed my eyes, breathed, stopped and started walking, my husband was waiting for me very happy because I had achieved it, the whole team congratulated me since it was my first 18K.

And after resting for a while, and enjoying a coffee with the team, we went home, had breakfast, and of course I couldn't miss my Sunday visit to the church, so we got ready and went to mass later. The mass was very beautiful, and it even went better for us because my daughter accompanied us since it was later, and she was already up.

When we returned from church, we prepared a delicious fish soup for lunch, very loaded with vitamins, so after enjoying this soup that helped us replenish our energy due to the jog, we fell but exhausted. The rest was very restorative, we recovered our lost energy.
