One of the unique biological characteristics of women is carrying out monthly menstrual cycle.
A uncontrollable loss of blood from the lady part, every month.This process begins at puberty which is accompanyed by other bodily changes.
Around this period literally signifies the most fertile period of a lady in a month. The menstrual period is often followed by obvious changes in ( example is weight gain, acne) and cramps ranging from slight to extreme discomfort.
It occurs differently in different women. While some go through theirs for 3 days, others do so for four days, five days or seven days. Anything more than that should be reported to the hospital except for special and rare occasions.
Also, tg days are different. In a month, lady A’a menstrual cycle can fall between the first week of the month, lady B’s should be within second week, the other lady, between the third week and so on.
From researchs and various opinion, other episodes which takes place during this period includes:

To avoid unnecessary embarrassment at work, school or outing 😒. It is best to keep track of your menstrual cycle and know when next it could come around in the next month. Even if not exact day, the calculation should give an estimate date and prepare you before hand
During this period, it is advised to maintain thorough personal hygiene by regular changing of sanitary pads, bathing at least twice a day, washing of stained sheets, clothes and underwears.
To stay fresh and fit, do some chores to relieve pain, take warm water or cereals. Eat early too.
Avoid cold and late breakfast, especially in the first to second day.
Take more water, fruits and tonic to replenish lost blood too.
