When have you misjudged someone upon first meeting them and later discovered they were much better or worse than you originally thought?
Answer
I definitely had misjudged a lot of people based on their appearance; but this one is spectacular.
I have known Micheal since my first year in college; not knowing him personally, he's just someone I have to run into in the department.
Perhaps, due to his appearance, I deemed him as someone unruly, lousy and rude. He gives off this vibe that makes you think he would be morally derailed; and someone who would try to verbally bully his mates
Of course, I never spoke to him and i have never spoken to him.
Fast-forward to years later when we had to be in the same group for some project work.
I dreaded the idea of working with him.
But alas! I was proved wrong.😂
Michael is almost soft-spoken.
I wouldn't say he is a gentle person but he minds his business, and does his best in making the project work.
At some point, during project work, i feel he is taken advantage of because of his personality.
Guess I had truly misjudged the kind of person the guy based on my own assumption.
Glad I never once accused or talked down on him before.
