Running a business of your own, is kind of almost every person's dream. Who does not want to work for themselves rather then working for some one else. But then we think about stability, regular inflow of money, security and thinking of all of that many of us feel that doing a job is better then running a business. Yes, I do wish to have a business in the wellness space. I would like to run a Yoga studio, which does not only include Yoga but also it will have lot of other offering of healing therapies and meditation.
To do this firstly I would need a good well ventilated space and this is the biggest expense from investment perspective. Whether I buy or rent, the cost is going to be high. Once the space is available then I have to design it to suit the purpose. Then I would need some people to run the show, again here this is not a very common talent, so getting skilled people in this field is going to be more cost for me. Plus once I start the business, the expenses are going to start from day 1, whereas the business will take some time to settle and start giving me returns, so I have to factor that cost as well to create a contingency that will allow me to run the business uninterrupted. As of now I do not have this kind of money to start the show, so I cannot. But yes, if I have good amount of money then I would like to start the business. I do not wish to take loans.
Coming to the second question, which is again related to the answer of the first one. The physical activity that gives me utmost boosts and fills me up with confidence is Yoga. I do it almost everyday, except for days when I am travelling or days when I have a late morning. It makes me happy and I feel super confident of myself. I feel like I am in control of my body. When you are in good shape your mood is also joyful and mind is filled with positive thoughts. Yoga does that for me.
