Wishing all my lovely ladies a very Happy New Year, and a prosperous one. Hope it's been a good start of the year for everyone.
This year I do have some goals set for myself, but they are mostly to be achieved towards the second half of the year. I need to get my home renovation done. It's a very important task and also a tedious one. I am expecting it would take some months to complete the job, so I am planning to start it after the monsoon ends which would be some time in Sept. Other then this another important goal of my life which I am planning to start working on this year is have my start up around wellness and healing. I have been working on this with a friend and the plan is in place. Before focusing on this I need to bring closure to some of the already existing tasks at hand. I am making sure that those tasks are completed at the earliest.
For resolutions, I have never believed in setting new year resolutions, because they never really go a long way, and fizz out in a matter of few days itself. If you are not used to doing something and then suddenly on new year you decide to do it, then it does not go a long way. My resolutions are need based whenever I feel it is required. The only resolution that is constant for me all the time is maintaining my fitness level.

Yes, to welcome the New Year I do have a few customs to welcome the new energy and start the year with good vibes. On the New year 1st Jan, I have to visit the Temples. It's just not one temple, there are couple of them which I visit. I like to start the New year with the blessings of the almighty and in good vibes. On the morning of the New Year I do it as the first activity of the year, after that everything else follows. Soaking up in the divine energies with prayers at the Temples feels very positive to start the year with. And then in the evening we have a family dinner. 1st is always reserved for family there is nothing else planned on this day.
This year also I have followed my rituals and feel good about it.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
