We have come into a new year with a great contest.

Cooking has always been one of my favorites hobby and I love doing justice to food.
I have this favorite meal I love so much is a combination of two food and I love cooking the two together.
Is ripe plantains and beans
This two food when combined always makes me feel good and fullfil and also I love this two food because it doesn't require much ingredient when preparing and at the end of the cooking it will turn out very delicious and delightful.
Ripe plantains and beans is also one of the cheapest meals around my country is very affordable and easy to prepare.
INGREDIENTS I USED IN PREPARATION
2 cups of cooked beans
1 ripe plantain
Sliced fresh tomatoes
Well pound fresh pepper
Salt to taste
Some sliced onions
Red oil
Water.
Here are the ingredients I used.
PROCEDURE
Now my ingredients are ready.
In a clean pot I will put my red oil allow to heat I will now put my salt, add onions and my fresh tomatoes I will now stir for some minutes so that my tomatoes will dry water I will also add my pepper and stir.
I will now add my slice plantains and stir for some minutes I will now add my beans and add a little water.
I will allow to boil for some minutes.
Here my special and favorite meal is ready.
This meal is not just my favorite but it reminds me of my grandmother that taught me how to cook.
This ripe plantain and beans was the first meal she taught me because I love the meal so much I learned how to cook it easily.
My love for this two is so much and today I prepare it for lunch and decided to share it here.
