Hey ladies, it's good to participate again in this week's contest with an interesting topic as always. Before I give my answer to question two, I would love to invite 
We are already in September and soon it will be the last quarter of the year. Do you have a specific goal you want to achieve by the end of the year? Tell us about it and what you are doing or will do to achieve it.
Many people set smart goals but not all people are disciplined enough to follow them strictly 👌.
The economic news from all over the world has not been smiling. Virtually everyone is complaining about this including the rich 🤑, and so attending to the basic needs of some households becomes a hassle.
The last quarter of the year is here and I have got some financial plans set out and restrategizing on how to achieve them all. Oh yes, I am pushing most of my energy on finance to meet up with the economic situation this day, but that does not mean that I am ignoring other areas of my life 🧬.
So for the goals:
- investing in a few second-layer tokens of the hive Blockchain. I have been making some research on this recently and so far, I have decided of investing in some of the tokens, hopefully, I should get a reasonable profit by the end of the year and that will enable me to kick start the new year in grand style.
- offline courses: I am also a realtor and I have come to discover that most of my colleagues in this field sell real estate so faster than I do. So I began to evaluate what I am not getting right and one of them is that I have been so reluctant in attending the paid seminar for all the realtors by our company. This seminar is where a lot of sales tactics are being thought, group tour for all realtors for physical inspection of the products being sold. There is nothing like having a solid knowledge of every product one markets online, all these are being carried out during the seminar and so I am set to make things right, and engage in running ads online too, for effective results.
- monthly savings for bills: Payment of school fees this term almost caught me unawares 😂😂, due to a lack of proper planning. So for this last quarter, I have set a goal to always set out a certain amount monthly for my kid's school fees come January to avoid what I faced this September.
I will stop here, however, these are my major goals for the remaining months and days of the year and I hope to be disciplined enough to carry them out!
