I really appreciate the way you expressed this. It’s true that we often measure ourselves against external standards without realizing it, and choosing a more authentic and patient way of living is not always easy, but it is meaningful.

I also find it very powerful what you said about becoming an example just by living our own journey. Sometimes we don’t notice the impact we have on others until much later.
