I want to join the topic "What is the story behind my Hive username?" and tell you why my nickname sounds like that occupy-mars.
First of all, I will note that I chose such a nickname for the first time, just for Hive, before that I was not called that on any sites or forums.
When I registered on Hive, I thought what to call myself? I didn't want to use my first or last name. Also, I didn't have any nicknames that I would like to use here from previous forums or sites.
And it occurred to me that I wanted to be called something unusual. I was convinced that my nickname should match what I liked. It should not be just something that first came to mind. It should make me happy and mean something to me.
And after some thought, I came up with it. My nickname. occupy-mars.
I really like the topic of space travel. In general, space is one of the most interesting and mysterious topics for me. I really like Ilon Mask. At the moment when I was choosing a nickname, I also finished reading a large book-biography of Ilon Mask. I also ordered T-shirts and medical masks with the inscription "occupy-mars".
It all came down to what my name would be occupy-mars.
By the way, I was a little worried if this nickname was suddenly busy. But here it is happiness - my nickname was free!
